How to use VisitorsParking.ca
Welcome to Visitors Parking. Here is an easy-to-follow guide on how to use the Visitors Parking web site.

Account Creation on VisitorsParking.ca
Before registering for a pass you must first create an account. You can go to the register page by either clicking the “REGISTER” link on the home page or the “Click here to Register” button found on the sign in page.


On the registration page fill out the form with your information. The email address you provide will be your login ID for the visitors parking website and pass confirmation emails will be sent to the same email address.
Once you are done click the “Create” button.
On the next page the following message will appear:

To continue with your registration you must check your email. You will receive an email from VisitorsParking.ca with a link. Once you click the link your account is activated and ready to use. (If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.)
If the link in your email is not a hyper-link
If you received an email to activate your account or to reset your password and you do not see a hyper-link you can copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser.
First click and drag your mouse pointer over the link address. This will select the link.

Next go to the menu bar of your browser and click “Edit.” Then in the drop down menu click “Copy.”

Then go the address bar of your browser and erase the current content. Click “Edit” in your browser's menu bar and, in the drop down menu, click “Paste”. You will see the link now displayed in the address bar. Press “Enter” to continue to the page.

Logging into VisitorsParking.ca
Once you have registered you are now ready to login to visitorsparking.ca. You can go to the sign in page from the home page by either clicking the “SIGN IN” link or the “Sign In” button found on the top right of the page.

On the Sign In page enter the email you used to register and your password. Click the “Sign In” button. Now you are ready to register a car with visitors parking.

In case you forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password there is a link on the Sign In page where you can reset your password. Click the “Forgot Password?” link.

On the next page enter the email that you have registered with your account and use to log into the site.

A message will appear: “An email has been sent to the address you entered with instructions on how to reset your password.”
Check your Email. There will be an email stating that a request has been made to reset the password for your VisitorsParking.ca account. Click or copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser to reset your password. (See above on how to copy and paste the link.)

The link will take you to a page with the following message: “Your password has successfully been reset and an email has been sent to you with your new temporary password.”
Check your Email. An email will appear with a temporary password you can use to signin.

Registering for a Pass
Registering for a Visitors Parking pass can be performed on the home page after you sign In
First select the lot address from the drop down menu for the lot you will be staying at. Then enter the Site Code (this may be obtained from the Property Manager or Tenant). After enter the licence plate information for the vehicle that will be staying. Your first and last name, and phone number will be automatically entered and can be changed on the “Manage Account” page.
Once you have provided the information you may select a 1 Night, 2 Night or 3 Night or a Day-Time only pass. For the Day-Time only pass please ensure you select your anticipated departure time using the time drop down lists found to the far right of the Day-Time only pass icon.

Once you have selected the type of pass a message will appear confirming that you have successfully registered for a pass. You will see registration information for the pass number, lot, expiry date and time.

You will also receive an email with your pass confirmation information.

Managing your user account
Once you have Signed In you are able to edit your account information. On the home page, in the top right corner, click “Manage Account”.

From this page you can change your first and last name, and your phone number. If you wish, you can also change your password. Once you are done making the necessary changes, click the “Update” button.
